Editable draft, not a signed contract or legal approval. Complete the business details and arrange appropriate review before accepting customers.
Provider & agreement
[Insert verified legal trading name, address, contact details and registration/tax information where applicable.] The final written proposal and signed agreement define the scope and terms of each engagement.
Subscription & commitment
£79 per month, with £0 separate setup fee. The initial commitment is 12 months, totalling £948. This is not an unrestricted cancel-anytime service during the initial commitment. [Confirm payment schedule, tax treatment, renewal, notice periods, late payment and early termination arrangements.]
Included scope
Up to five standard content pages plus necessary legal information pages, responsive design, hosting, HTTPS, basic technical SEO, enquiry functionality, routine technical maintenance and two small content changes each month, up to 15 minutes each. [Define revision rounds, turnaround expectations and maintenance boundaries in the proposal.]
Additional work
Complex applications, e-commerce, advanced booking systems, unlimited development, paid advertising and additional third-party services are excluded unless separately quoted and agreed.
Content, approvals & launch
Customers must supply accurate, approved content and suitable rights to supplied assets. We do not fabricate qualifications, reviews or claims. Launch requires customer approval. [Confirm responsibilities, delays and approval procedures.]
Ownership & portability
Customers retain ownership of their domain and supplied business content. The website is designed for export after the initial contract, in accordance with the signed agreement. [Define code licensing, third-party licences, handover steps and any remaining obligations.]
Customer isolation
Paying customer websites use separate projects, repositories, deployments and configurations. They are not hosted as agency demo subpages.
Remaining terms to complete
[Agree reasonable liability terms, service availability, backups, security responsibilities, complaints, dispute resolution, termination and governing law with appropriate advice.]
